Licensing, Registration, Sign-In

Licensing

A racing license is required to enter the Greenbelt Park race. USA Cycling Annual licenses may be purchased online at [www.usacycling.org]; in addition 1-Day and Annual licenses may be purchased on-site (see below).

Registration & Sign-in

We are prohibited by National Park Service regulations from conducting financial transactions within Park boundaries. All riders must purchase a race voucher outside the Park before they can be entered in a race.

Registration and bib number assignment take place in the parking lot of the Holly picnic area. The official opening time is 5PM; closing is 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the race. Note that registration is conducted in first-come, first-served order, therefore: purchase of a race voucher, whether online or on-site, does not guarantee entry in the race of your choice on a particular date. Field limits specified on the Info page and in the flyer will be observed. Early arrival at the Park is advised!

On race days, single-race vouchers and 1-Day ($10) and Annual ($60, $30 for Juniors) licenses may be purchased in the parking lot behind T.G.I. Friday's, directly across Greenbelt Rd. (MD 193) from the Park entrance. On-site sales open at 5:00PM and close at 6:10PM.

A completed, legible release form or 1-Day or Annual license application must be displayed before you will be sold a voucher. The on-site salesperson will have blank release forms available for those riders who do not pre-print their own. Riders purchasing a 1-Day license are not required to fill out a separate release; riders purchasing an Annual license will need a release form in addition to their license application.

Note that if you are not a USA Cycling license holder, it is strongly recommended that you purchase a pass for the C race; in addition, you must also purchase a 1-Day or Annual license from the on-site salesperson before you can be entered in a race.

Race vouchers may also be purchased online at [www.bikereg.com/events/?pid=595]. Four-race and season pass vouchers are available at discounted pricing. Online sales close at 6PM on Tuesdays and re-open at 8AM on Thursdays. Please check that the information in your BikeReg user profile is up to date, as this is used to print your release form. Online sales are not available for the last 3 races of the season.

Entry fees are non-refundable, however vouchers may be used on a later date if the race is cancelled before starting.

Registration and staging take place in the Holly Picnic Area inside the Park. Registration for each race will close 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Riders are expected to return their bib numbers after their race has ended.
